CRM and ERP Services

CRM Integration Services

CRM integration services connect your CRM to the systems around it, so leads, orders, invoices and calls appear without anyone re-typing them. We decide the source of truth for each data point before building any connection.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach CRM integration services

A CRM in isolation forces people to copy data between systems. Website leads arrive by email, orders sit in the ERP, invoices in Tally, calls in the telephony app, and nobody sees the whole customer. Quick integrations built with point-and-click tools often create duplicates or overwrite good data, because nobody decided which system owns which field.

We map every system and data flow, then define ownership rules: for example, the CRM owns contact details, the ERP owns order status and the accounting system owns payment status. Then we build the connections using native connectors, middleware like Make or n8n, or custom API integrations where volume or logic demands it. Each integration includes error handling, retry logic, duplicate checks and a log you can review. We test with real records and monitor closely after go-live.

  • Processes mapped before anything is configured
  • Clean, de-duplicated data migration
  • Role-based training and support after launch

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
Can you integrate our CRM with Tally?
Yes. Tally integration usually runs through a connector or middleware that syncs customers, invoices and payment status between Tally and the CRM. We check your Tally version and setup first, since that affects which approach is reliable.
Should we use Zapier or custom code for CRM integrations?
Tools such as Zapier or Make work well for simple, low-volume flows. Custom API integrations suit high volumes, complex logic or sensitive data. Many setups mix both, keeping critical flows on custom code and lighter ones on middleware.
How long does an implementation take?
A focused CRM rollout can take four to eight weeks; a full ERP usually takes several months. We phase the work so you see value early.
