Sales Problems
Most sales problems we are asked about start before a rep ever picks up the phone: leads arrive unqualified, sit untouched for hours or vanish from the CRM. This section lists those issues one by one, with the cause we usually find behind each.
Sales Problems
Pages in this section each describe one recognisable sales symptom. Marketing says leads are fine and sales says they are useless. Follow-up takes a day instead of minutes. Forecasts swing wildly because deal stages mean different things to different reps. Nobody can say which campaign produced last quarter's closed deals. For each, we explain what usually sits underneath, whether that is targeting, routing, CRM setup or reporting.
Read the symptom you complain about most in meetings. The page will tell you whether the fix is mainly a marketing change, a process change or a systems change, and which service covers it. Often the honest answer is a mix: tighter targeting upstream plus faster routing and cleaner stages in the CRM.
If you suspect several problems at once, a short review of your funnel numbers on a free call usually shows which one to tackle first.
