Customer Lifecycle Solutions

Automate Customer Support

Teams that automate customer support well start with the questions customers ask most, not with the chatbot vendor. We map your ticket history, automate repetitive queries such as order status, refunds and appointment changes, and route everything else to a person with full context.

What you can expect to move

  • Retention rate
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Repeat purchase rate
  • Support cost per ticket
The problem

Why “automate customer support” rarely happens with one channel

Most support automation fails for predictable reasons. The bot is trained on a marketing FAQ instead of real tickets, it cannot look up an order, and there is no clean way to reach a human, so customers type 'agent' again and again and leave angrier. Language is another gap: Indian customers switch between English, Hindi and Hinglish, often on WhatsApp, and a bot built only for formal English misses much of what they mean.

We begin by exporting a few months of tickets, chats and call logs and tagging them by intent. That shows which queries are high volume and low risk, which is where automation pays off. We then connect the bot or voice agent to your order system, CRM or helpdesk so it answers with real data, set clear hand-off rules, and track containment, escalation reasons and CSAT. You end up with a support setup your agents trust rather than one they work around.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
Which customer support queries should we automate first?
Start with high-volume, low-risk queries that need data you already hold: order tracking, booking changes, invoice copies, password resets and policy questions. Complaints, larger refunds and anything emotional should reach a person quickly. Your ticket history usually makes the first list obvious within a day of tagging.
Will customers be annoyed by a support chatbot?
They are annoyed by bad ones. Customers accept automation when it answers quickly, uses their actual order details and offers a human without a fight. We design the hand-off first, then measure how often people ask for an agent and why, and close those gaps every month.
How quickly can you help us automate customer support?
Quick wins usually go live in the first month, and the bigger structural changes land over the following two. You see the plan and milestones before we start.
Do we need all the services in the bundle?
Not always. The diagnosis tells us which ones matter for you. Some clients start with two, others with the full bundle.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. We often lead strategy and specialist execution while your team owns brand, approvals and day-to-day channels.
