ERP Implementation Services

ERP implementation services cover the long road from process design to a stable go-live. We plan every phase around your month-end, peak seasons and GST compliance, because a badly timed go-live can stop invoicing for days.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach ERP implementation services

ERP implementations fail for familiar reasons: unclear scope that keeps growing, opening balances and stock data that never reconcile, users trained once and too early, and a go-live date picked for convenience rather than readiness. The result is parallel systems running for months and a finance team that no longer trusts the numbers.

Process workshops for each department come first, and we agree a fixed scope for phase one. Configuration follows, including GST, e-invoicing and e-way bill setup, multi-location stock and approval rules. Data migration covers masters, open orders and opening balances, with reconciliation signed off by finance. We run user acceptance testing with real scenarios, train users close to launch, and set a go-live date away from peak periods. After launch, we provide intensive support for the first close and fix issues quickly.

  • Processes mapped before anything is configured
  • Clean, de-duplicated data migration
  • Role-based training and support after launch

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
How long does an ERP implementation take?
Smaller implementations with standard processes can go live within a few months. Mid-sized manufacturers and distributors with several locations and integrations usually need longer. Phased rollouts by module or location reduce risk on larger projects.
What is the biggest risk in ERP implementation?
Poor data migration and weak user adoption are the most common failures. Wrong opening balances or stock figures destroy trust in the system early. Involving users in testing and reconciling migrated data carefully reduces both risks.
Which CRM or ERP is right for us?
It depends on your size, processes and budget. We implement HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo and others, and will recommend honestly rather than pushing one platform.
