ERP Migration Services

ERP migration services move your masters, balances, open transactions and history from an old system to a new one, without breaking your books. Reconciliation with your finance team is built into every step.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach ERP migration services

ERP migrations are risky because so much depends on them: stock valuation, receivables, GST credits, open purchase orders. Common problems include item masters full of duplicates, customer codes that differ between old and new systems, opening balances that never quite match, and history either dropped entirely or dumped in a way nobody can query.

We start by agreeing what to migrate in detail (masters, open documents, balances) and what to archive in a reporting database instead. Masters are cleaned and deduplicated with your team. We run at least one full trial migration, reconcile ledgers, stock and receivables against the old system, and fix gaps. Cutover is planned around a period close, with a freeze window, final data load, sign-off by finance and support through the first month-end. You keep access to historical data for audit and analysis.

  • Processes mapped before anything is configured
  • Clean, de-duplicated data migration
  • Role-based training and support after launch

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
Should we migrate all historical data to the new ERP?
Usually not. Most companies migrate masters, open transactions and opening balances, then keep older history in an archive or reporting database. Moving years of closed transactions adds cost and risk with little day-to-day benefit.
When is the best time to migrate an ERP?
At the start of a financial year or quarter is ideal, since balances are already closed and reconciled. Avoid peak sales seasons and audit periods. A month-end cutover works too if finance has capacity for reconciliation.
How long does an implementation take?
A focused CRM rollout can take four to eight weeks; a full ERP usually takes several months. We phase the work so you see value early.
