Customer Lifecycle Solutions

Increase Customer Retention

You increase customer retention by understanding why people stop buying, then acting before they drift away. We analyse your repeat purchase and churn patterns, then build CRM automation, loyalty mechanics and win-back flows aimed at the customers worth keeping.

What you can expect to move

  • Retention rate
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Repeat purchase rate
  • Support cost per ticket
The problem

Why “increase customer retention” rarely happens with one channel

Retention often gets treated as a discount problem. A customer goes quiet, so they receive a coupon, which trains everyone to wait for one. The real reasons people leave are usually elsewhere: a poor first order, slow delivery, a subscription they forgot about, or simply no reason to come back between purchases. Without cohort data, most teams cannot even say whether retention is getting better or worse.

Our starting point is cohort analysis from your store, CRM or billing data: who returns, when, and what the customers who stay did differently. That shapes the programme. Onboarding sequences for first-time buyers, replenishment reminders timed to real usage, loyalty points or tiers where they make sense, and win-back flows with offers reserved for customers who genuinely need a nudge. You get dashboards showing repeat rate and lifetime value by cohort, so retention becomes a number someone owns.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

What is a good way to measure customer retention?
Use cohort retention: of the customers acquired in a given month, how many bought again within a set period. Pair it with repeat purchase rate and revenue per customer over time. Overall averages hide problems, because strong new customer growth can mask existing customers quietly leaving.
Do loyalty programmes actually increase customer retention?
They help when customers already buy often and have plenty of alternatives, such as beauty, grocery or pet care. For infrequent purchases, a points scheme mostly rewards people who would have returned anyway. Better onboarding, service and timely reminders often do more. We check purchase frequency before recommending one.
How quickly can you help us increase customer retention?
Quick wins usually go live in the first month, and the bigger structural changes land over the following two. You see the plan and milestones before we start.
Do we need all the services in the bundle?
Not always. The diagnosis tells us which ones matter for you. Some clients start with two, others with the full bundle.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. We often lead strategy and specialist execution while your team owns brand, approvals and day-to-day channels.
