Customer Retention Services

Customer retention services begin by finding out why people stop buying, because the reason is rarely the one the team assumes. We study churn and repeat patterns, then fix onboarding, messaging and offers so more customers come back.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach customer retention services

Many businesses treat retention as a discount email sent when sales dip. That trains customers to wait for offers and does nothing about the real causes: a poor first experience, slow delivery, a confusing product, or simply no reminder at the right time.

We start with cohort data. When do customers make a second purchase, and where do most drop off? We pair that with reviews, support tickets and short customer calls. Then we redesign onboarding, set up behaviour-based messages across email, WhatsApp and push, and test offers only where they change behaviour. For subscription businesses we also look at cancellation flows and pause options. You get a retention dashboard, a set of live flows and a backlog of product or service fixes.

Suits ecommerce, SaaS, subscriptions and service businesses with repeat potential.

What is the difference between customer retention and loyalty programmes?
Retention is the wider goal of keeping customers buying; a loyalty programme is one tool for it. Many businesses improve retention more by fixing onboarding, delivery or reminders than by launching points. We look at the causes before recommending a programme.
How do you measure customer retention?
We use repeat purchase rate, cohort retention curves and churn rate, plus revenue retention for subscriptions. Looking at cohorts by month of first purchase shows whether changes are working, which a single overall figure hides.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Yes, and most clients prefer it. We can lead strategy and specialist execution while your team keeps brand, approvals and day-to-day posting.
