Customer Lifecycle Solutions

Improve Customer Experience

Most efforts to improve customer experience stall because no single team owns the moments where customers get stuck. We find those moments on your website, in sales follow-up and in support, then fix the design, data and hand-offs behind them.

What you can expect to move

  • Retention rate
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Repeat purchase rate
  • Support cost per ticket
The problem

Why “improve customer experience” rarely happens with one channel

Customer experience problems usually sit between departments. Marketing promises one thing on a landing page, sales quotes another, and support has no record of either conversation. On the website the issues are smaller but constant: forms that reset on error, delivery dates hidden until checkout, menus written in internal jargon. Surveys tell you scores are low but rarely explain why.

We combine session recordings, support tickets, sales call notes and a handful of customer interviews to map where friction actually occurs. Fixes fall into three groups: UX and UI changes on the site or app, CRM workflows so every team sees the same customer history, and service rules such as response times and escalation paths. We prioritise by how many customers each issue touches, then track complaint themes, repeat contacts and conversion before and after each change.

How Nians approaches it

We find the constraint first, then put the right specialist services under one plan and one owner, so every change is measured against the same outcome.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
Where should we start improving customer experience?
Start where complaints and drop-offs overlap. Read a month of support tickets and look at the pages with the highest exit rates. The same few issues usually appear in both. Fixing those first gives faster results than a broad CX programme or a new survey tool.
Does improving customer experience need a new CRM?
Not always. Many companies already own a CRM that sales uses and support ignores. Often the fix is configuration: shared customer records, automatic ticket creation and clear ownership. We recommend a new system only when the current one cannot hold the data or connect to your other tools.
How quickly can you help us improve customer experience?
Quick wins usually go live in the first month, and the bigger structural changes land over the following two. You see the plan and milestones before we start.
Do we need all the services in the bundle?
Not always. The diagnosis tells us which ones matter for you. Some clients start with two, others with the full bundle.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. We often lead strategy and specialist execution while your team owns brand, approvals and day-to-day channels.
