Interface problems usually come from inconsistency rather than ugliness. Five button styles, three greys that are almost the same, forms that behave differently on each screen, and mobile layouts squeezed out of desktop ones. Each new feature makes it worse because there is no source of truth for designers or developers.
We start by auditing what you already have, then define type scale, colour tokens, spacing and core components before designing full screens. Every component gets its hover, focus, error, empty and loading states, and we check colour contrast for accessibility. Handoff happens in Figma with specs, variants and notes, and we stay available while your developers build so questions do not turn into guesses.
If you have not yet validated what users need, start with UX research and wireframes. UI polish on the wrong flow only makes the wrong flow look nicer.
