Google Analytics Audit Services

Google Analytics audit services answer a simple question: can you trust the numbers in GA4? We check configuration, events, conversions, consent and attribution, then give you a prioritised list of fixes.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach Google Analytics audit services

Most GA4 properties we audit have similar issues: duplicate tags firing twice, internal traffic counted, key events marked on page views, payment gateways stealing credit as referrals, cross-domain tracking missing and data retention left at the default. Reports seem normal, so nobody notices until decisions go wrong.

We review the property and data stream settings, Google Tag Manager containers, event naming, ecommerce data layer, key events and consent mode. Data is cross-checked against your CRM or order system. We also check Google Ads and Search Console links, BigQuery export and audience set-up. You get a report ranking each issue by impact and effort, with exact fixes for your developer or our team to implement.

  • A measurement plan agreed before tracking is built
  • Privacy-friendly, consent-aware data collection
  • Dashboards designed for decisions, not decoration

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
How long does a GA4 audit take?
Typically one to three weeks, depending on the number of properties, domains and whether ecommerce tracking is involved. We need view access to GA4 and Tag Manager, and ideally a sample of order or lead data to compare.
Why do GA4 numbers not match our sales data?
Common reasons are consent banners blocking tracking, ad blockers, duplicate or missing purchase events, payment gateway redirects and time zone differences. An audit identifies which causes apply and how much each contributes.
Why don't our platform numbers match our CRM?
Usually because of different attribution windows, missing events or broken tags. Fixing this is often the first and most valuable thing we do.
