Telegram Channel Management Services

Telegram channel management services keep a channel useful enough that people do not mute it. We plan the posts, write and schedule them, handle comments in the linked group and report on views and subscriber churn every month.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach Telegram channel management services

Channels lose subscribers quietly. People mute a channel that posts too often, leave one that only sells, and ignore one that posts at random times. Spam in the linked discussion group, broken links and outdated pinned messages make it worse. Many brands also have no idea which posts are working, because Telegram's native stats are rarely checked.

The opening task is reviewing your last few months of posts against views per post and leave rates. From that, we set a frequency and a content mix: updates, how-tos, offers, polls and occasional voice chats. We schedule posts, write captions in your tone, set up an anti-spam bot and moderation rules for the group, and refresh pinned messages. Each month you get a short report on views, forwards, reactions and joins versus leaves.

This is a good fit for edtech, finance, news, events and D2C brands with an active Telegram following. If you are starting with no subscribers, look at our community growth service first.

  • A content plan your team can approve in one sitting

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
How often should a brand post on a Telegram channel?
Most brand channels do well with one to three posts a day, timed to when subscribers are active. News and market channels can post more. The right number is the one that keeps views per post steady without raising leave rates, which is what we track.
Do you manage the linked discussion group as well?
Yes. We set rules, add an anti-spam bot, reply to questions during agreed hours and remove abuse. If your group is large or needs expert answers, we agree an escalation path to your team.
Which platforms should we be on?
Only the ones your customers use and you can sustain. For most B2B brands that is LinkedIn; for consumer brands it is usually Instagram plus one other. We would rather you do two well than six badly.
