CRM and ERP Services

SAP Consulting Services

SAP consulting services help mid-sized and large companies decide which SAP product fits, plan the rollout and get more out of an existing installation. We work mainly with SAP Business One and S/4HANA projects.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach SAP consulting services

SAP projects carry high stakes. Companies pick a product tier that does not match their size, underestimate the effort of data migration and change management, or end up with heavy custom code that makes upgrades painful. Many existing SAP users rely on spreadsheets for reporting because the standard reports do not fit how management reviews the business.

An initial assessment of your processes, scale and growth plans lets us recommend between SAP Business One, S/4HANA or alternatives where they fit better. For projects in progress, we can act as your independent advisor, reviewing designs, test plans and partner deliverables. For live systems, we handle integrations with CRM, ecommerce and logistics platforms, build reports and dashboards, and review custom code before upgrades. Our role is to protect your interests and keep the project grounded in business outcomes.

  • Processes mapped before anything is configured
  • Clean, de-duplicated data migration
  • Role-based training and support after launch

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
What is the difference between SAP Business One and S/4HANA?
SAP Business One is designed for small and mid-sized businesses, with lower cost and simpler deployment. S/4HANA is SAP's enterprise suite for large or complex organisations, with deeper functionality and higher implementation effort. Company size and process complexity usually decide the choice.
Can you help if our SAP implementation is delayed?
Yes. We review scope, design documents, open issues and test status, then identify what is causing the delay and what can be simplified or rephased. We work alongside your implementation partner or take over specific workstreams.
How long does an implementation take?
A focused CRM rollout can take four to eight weeks; a full ERP usually takes several months. We phase the work so you see value early.
