A/B Testing Services

A/B testing services are only useful when the tests are designed to produce an answer you can trust. We start from research, plan sample sizes before launch and analyse results properly, so decisions rest on evidence rather than noise.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach A/B testing services

Most A/B tests we review have the same flaws: button colour tests with no hypothesis, tests stopped the moment one variant looks ahead, too little traffic to detect a real difference, and flicker or tracking bugs that skew results. Teams then roll out winners that were never real and wonder why conversion does not move.

Everything begins with research: analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, surveys and support tickets, to find where and why users struggle. Each hypothesis states the problem, the change and the expected effect. We calculate the sample size and test duration up front, build variants in tools such as VWO, Optimizely or Convert, and QA them across devices. Results are analysed against the primary metric with guardrail metrics checked, and every test is logged in a shared repository with learnings.

This works well for sites and apps with enough traffic and conversions to support testing. Low-traffic sites get research-led fixes instead.

  • Research grounded in real user behaviour
  • Tests run long enough to trust the result
  • Winning changes designed and shipped by us

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
How much traffic do I need for A/B testing?
It depends on your current conversion rate and the size of change you want to detect. Pages with few conversions per week may need months to reach a reliable result. We calculate this before suggesting tests and recommend other methods when numbers are too low.
How long should an A/B test run?
Long enough to reach the planned sample size and cover full weekly cycles, usually at least two weeks. Stopping early when one version looks ahead is a common mistake that leads to false winners.
How much traffic do we need for A/B testing?
Enough to reach a reliable result in a sensible time. If traffic is low, we use research and expert reviews instead of tests so you still make progress.
