Digital Marketing Services

Marketing Consulting Services

Marketing consulting services are useful when you need a sharp outside view rather than more hands. We review strategy, budgets, team structure and agency work, then give clear recommendations your team can carry out.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach marketing consulting services

Leaders usually call a consultant when something feels off. Spend is rising but sales are flat, the team is busy but nobody can explain results, or the board wants a plan with numbers. Too often the consultant delivers a long deck of frameworks that never gets used.

We keep the work practical. We look at your data, channel accounts, website, content and team set-up, and talk to customers and sales. The output is a short list of problems ranked by cost to the business, with specific actions, owners and timelines. Where helpful we run workshops to agree positioning or budgets. You can then run the plan in-house, with us, or with your agencies. Follow-up check-ins keep it on track.

  • A plan built around revenue, not impressions
  • One team running every channel, so nothing gets lost in hand-offs
  • Plain-English reporting you can share with your board

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
What is the difference between a marketing consultant and an agency?
A consultant diagnoses and advises; an agency mainly executes. Consulting suits teams that have execution capacity but need direction. Nians can do both, but a consulting engagement is scoped to advice and oversight only.
How long does a marketing consulting engagement last?
A diagnostic usually takes three to six weeks. Many clients then keep a monthly advisory retainer for reviews and decisions. We agree scope and deliverables upfront so it never becomes an open-ended commitment.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Yes, and most clients prefer it. We can lead strategy and specialist execution while your team keeps brand, approvals and day-to-day posting.
