Email and Retention Services

Lifecycle Marketing Services

Lifecycle marketing services treat a new signup, a first-time buyer and a lapsed customer as three different people, because they are. We map each stage and set up triggered messages that move people to the next one.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach lifecycle marketing services

Most brands have a welcome email and a monthly newsletter, and nothing in between. New users are not guided to the moment where the product clicks, first-time buyers get no nudge toward a second order, and lapsed customers are only contacted with a discount.

We define lifecycle stages with your data: new, activated, repeat, at risk, lapsed and loyal. For each stage we set the goal, the trigger and the channel. Email carries detail, WhatsApp and SMS carry urgency, push works for app users. Events are wired from your website, app or CRM so messages fire on behaviour. Every flow has a holdout group so we can see real lift. You get a lifecycle map, live flows and a monthly review of stage-to-stage movement.

Suits ecommerce, apps, SaaS and subscription businesses with enough customers to segment.

  • Automated journeys from welcome to win-back
  • Segments based on real behaviour
  • Deliverability checked so emails reach the inbox

What is the difference between lifecycle marketing and email marketing?
Email is one channel. Lifecycle marketing is the plan for what each customer should hear at each stage, across email, WhatsApp, SMS, push and in-app messages. It is organised around customer behaviour rather than a sending calendar.
What data do we need for lifecycle marketing?
At minimum, signup date, purchase or usage events and contact permissions for each channel. Richer data, such as product categories or feature usage, allows sharper segments. We help set up event tracking if it is missing.
How often should we email customers?
As often as you have something useful to say. Automated journeys do most of the work; campaigns fill the gaps. We watch engagement closely and adjust.
