Build Omnichannel Marketing

Brands that build omnichannel marketing well start with shared customer data, not more channels. We connect your store, CRM, email, WhatsApp, social and ads so each message knows what the customer has already seen, bought or asked about.

What you can expect to move

  • Share of search
  • Campaign ROI
  • Brand reach
  • Speed to market
The problem

Why “build omnichannel marketing” rarely happens with one channel

Most multichannel programmes are really several single-channel programmes running side by side. The email team sends a sale reminder to someone who bought yesterday on WhatsApp. Retargeting ads chase a customer who already ordered in-store. Each channel has its own list, its own calendar and its own report, and customers notice the gaps long before marketing does.

We map where customer data lives today and decide on the single record, usually your CRM or a customer data platform. Then we connect sources such as the online store, POS, forms and support tools, set up shared segments, and define which channel handles which moment: discovery, consideration, purchase, onboarding, repeat. Suppression rules stop people being messaged twice. Reporting looks at customers and revenue across channels, so you can see how they work together rather than competing for credit.

Questions we often hear

What is the difference between multichannel and omnichannel marketing?
Multichannel means being present on several channels. Omnichannel means those channels share data and coordinate, so a customer's actions on one change what they see on another. Omnichannel needs connected systems and shared segments; multichannel only needs an account on each platform.
Do we need a customer data platform for omnichannel marketing?
Not always. Many businesses can connect their CRM, ecommerce platform and messaging tools directly and get most of the benefit. A CDP helps when you have many data sources and high volumes, and need segments that update in real time. We recommend one only when simpler integrations hit their limits.
How quickly can you help us build omnichannel marketing?
Quick wins usually go live in the first month, and the bigger structural changes land over the following two. You see the plan and milestones before we start.
Do we need all the services in the bundle?
Not always. The diagnosis tells us which ones matter for you. Some clients start with two, others with the full bundle.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. We often lead strategy and specialist execution while your team owns brand, approvals and day-to-day channels.
