Analytics and Data Services

Marketing Analytics Services

Marketing analytics services connect what you spend on ads and content to the leads and revenue in your CRM. Most of our work is joining those data sources properly, so reports show cost per customer instead of cost per click.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach marketing analytics services

Marketing teams often report on what is easy to measure: clicks, impressions, form fills. Sales reports on closed deals. The two rarely meet, so nobody can say which campaigns brought customers who actually paid. Tracking gaps, missing UTMs and leads entered manually without source data make the problem worse.

We audit tracking from ad click to closed deal, fix UTM conventions and form source capture, and feed CRM stages back into the ad platforms. Then we build a reporting layer covering spend, pipeline and revenue by channel and campaign, funnel conversion rates between stages, and lead quality by source. Monthly, we review the numbers with your team and point out where spend is underperforming or where a channel deserves more budget.

This fits companies spending across several paid channels with a sales team in the loop.

  • A measurement plan agreed before tracking is built
  • Privacy-friendly, consent-aware data collection
  • Dashboards designed for decisions, not decoration

What is the difference between marketing analytics and web analytics?
Web analytics covers what happens on your website: sessions, pages and conversions. Marketing analytics joins that with ad spend, CRM pipeline, offline sales and email, so you can see cost and revenue per channel, beyond on-site behaviour.
Which tools are used for marketing analytics?
Typical stacks include GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad platform data, a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho, a warehouse like BigQuery, and a reporting tool such as Looker Studio or Power BI. The right mix depends on your volume and existing tools.
Why don't our platform numbers match our CRM?
Usually because of different attribution windows, missing events or broken tags. Fixing this is often the first and most valuable thing we do.
