Automation Services

Sales Automation Services

Sales automation services remove the admin that keeps reps from talking to buyers: assigning leads, sending follow-ups, creating quotes and updating the pipeline. We automate around how your team actually sells, not a textbook sales process.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach sales automation services

In many sales teams, a new enquiry waits hours for assignment, follow-ups depend on each rep's memory, and quotes are rebuilt in Word every time. Managers then spend Monday morning chasing updates for the forecast. Buying a sales engagement tool without fixing the process just adds another login.

We sit with your reps and managers to map the sales cycle, then automate the repetitive steps: instant lead routing with WhatsApp or SMS alerts, sequenced follow-ups that stop when the buyer replies, quote and proposal generation from CRM data, meeting scheduling links, and automatic pipeline reports. Where you sell through distributors or field teams, we add mobile-friendly task flows. Everything runs from your CRM, so reps keep one place to work and managers get a forecast based on current data.

  • A clear map of what will be automated and why
  • Built in the tools you already pay for where possible

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

What is the difference between sales automation and CRM automation?
CRM automation covers workflows inside the CRM, such as assignment and stage updates. Sales automation is broader and includes outreach sequences, quoting, scheduling, call logging and tools outside the CRM. In practice the two overlap heavily.
Will sales automation make our outreach feel robotic?
Only if it replaces personal contact. We automate reminders, routing and admin, and keep important messages written or edited by the rep. Sequences stop as soon as a buyer replies, so conversations continue in a normal, human way.
Will automation replace our staff?
In our experience it removes the tedious parts of their jobs. Most teams use the time saved for customer work they never had time for.
