Product Feed Management Services

Messy catalogue data quietly wastes shopping ad budgets, and product feed management services fix it at the source. We keep your titles, attributes and categories clean for Google Shopping, Meta catalogue ads and comparison channels, so fewer products get disapproved and ads show for the right searches.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach product feed management services

Feeds are usually left on autopilot. A Shopify or WooCommerce app pushes whatever the store has, so titles lack brand, size or colour, GTINs are missing, categories are wrong and sale prices fall out of sync. Merchant Center then disapproves products, and Performance Max spends on items you would rather not push.

We audit your Merchant Center diagnostics and feed first, then fix the source data or build rules in a feed tool. That means rewriting titles to match how people search, filling attributes like gender, material and size, mapping categories, adding custom labels for margin or bestsellers, and scheduling updates so price and stock stay current. Your ads team gets labels they can use to split campaigns by profit.

This is worth it for stores with large or changing catalogues. A store with ten products can fix its feed by hand.

  • Fast, accessible pages that pass Core Web Vitals
  • A CMS your team can actually update
  • SEO and tracking set up before launch, not after

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Why are my products disapproved in Google Merchant Center?
Common causes are price or availability mismatches with the website, missing GTINs, policy issues, wrong images, and landing pages that do not load. Merchant Center diagnostics list the reasons. We fix the root cause in the store or feed so they do not keep returning.
Do I need a feed management tool?
Not always. Small catalogues can be managed with the platform's native app and supplemental feeds. Larger or multi-channel catalogues benefit from tools like DataFeedWatch or Channable, which apply rules at scale. We recommend based on SKU count and how many channels you use.
Will a redesign hurt our search rankings?
Not if redirects, content and structure are handled carefully. Migration planning is part of every redesign we run.
