AI Services

AI Marketing Automation Services

AI marketing automation services add judgement to the workflows your team already runs: scoring leads, choosing the next message, writing variants and summarising campaign results. We build on HubSpot, Zoho, Klaviyo or whatever you use today.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach AI marketing automation services

Rule-based marketing automation stops at "if they open, send email two". AI can do more, such as predicting which leads are close to buying or writing ad and email variants at scale. The trap is producing far more content than anyone reviews, or sending personalised messages based on bad CRM data, which looks worse than a generic email.

Contact data and tracking get checked first, since everything downstream depends on it. Then we pick two or three high-value uses: predictive lead scoring tied to sales outcomes, dynamic email content by segment, AI-assisted creative variants with a brand review step, and weekly performance summaries written from your dashboards. Each one has a control group so you can see whether it actually moved conversion, rather than assuming it did.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
What is the difference between marketing automation and AI marketing automation?
Standard marketing automation follows fixed rules you set, such as sending email two days after a download. AI marketing automation predicts or generates something: which lead to prioritise, which offer to show, or which subject line variant to write. Most teams use both together.
Do we need a new platform for AI marketing automation?
Usually not. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Klaviyo and similar tools have AI features or APIs we can build on. We only suggest a new platform if your current one cannot hold the data or trigger the actions you need.
Where should we start with AI?
Usually with a repetitive, high-volume task such as support questions, document processing or lead qualification. Quick wins there build confidence for bigger projects.
