AI Services

AI Agent Development Services

Our AI agent development services build software agents that read, decide and act inside the tools your team already uses. We start with one narrow, measurable task and only widen the agent's scope once it handles that task reliably.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach AI agent development services

An AI agent is a language model with access to tools: it can look up an order, draft a reply, update a CRM field or raise a ticket. The hard part is rarely the model. Most failed agent projects give the agent too many tools on day one, skip permission controls, and have no way to see why it made a decision. When it gets something wrong, nobody can trace it.

We begin by mapping the task step by step and marking which steps need judgement and which are pure lookup. Then we build the agent with a small tool set, clear instructions, retrieval over your own documents where needed, and an approval step for anything that changes customer data or money. Every run is logged. You end up with a working agent, a test set of real cases it is scored against, and a dashboard showing what it did and where a person stepped in.

How much does it cost to build an AI agent?
Cost depends on how many systems the agent must connect to, how much judgement the task needs, and how strict the review process is. A single-purpose agent with two or three integrations is a modest project. Agents that touch finance or customer records need more testing and controls, which adds time. We scope it after one discovery call.
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An agent takes actions: it calls APIs, updates records, sends emails or hands work to another system. Many agents have no chat window at all and run in the background on triggers such as a new form fill or an incoming invoice.
Where should we start with AI?
Usually with a repetitive, high-volume task such as support questions, document processing or lead qualification. Quick wins there build confidence for bigger projects.
