AI Analytics Services

With AI analytics services, your managers can ask "why did repeat orders fall in Pune last month?" and get an answer drawn from your actual data. We set up the data layer first, because an AI model reading messy tables gives confident wrong answers.

Helping brands grow since 2013
Our approach

How we approach AI analytics services

Most companies asking for AI analytics have data spread across a CRM, an ERP, Google Analytics and a few spreadsheets, with different definitions of "customer" and "revenue" in each. Putting a chat interface over that produces numbers nobody trusts. The other common mistake is buying a forecasting tool before anyone has agreed which decisions the forecast should inform.

Step one is listing the ten or so questions leadership asks every month and tracing where each answer lives. Then we build a warehouse or semantic layer with agreed metric definitions, and add AI on top: natural language querying, anomaly detection on key metrics, and demand or churn forecasts where you have enough history. Each answer shows the query behind it so an analyst can verify it.

This suits teams that already report regularly but spend days pulling numbers. If you have under a year of clean data, we will usually suggest fixing tracking first.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Straight answers to the things clients ask us most. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Still have a question?Talk to a strategist. We usually reply within one working day.Ask us directly
Do we need a data warehouse before using AI analytics?
In most cases, yes. AI tools work best on one consistent source with clear metric definitions. If your data sits in a single well-structured system, we can sometimes start directly, but most businesses need a light warehouse in BigQuery, Snowflake or similar first.
Can AI analytics replace our data analyst?
No. It removes the repetitive pulling and formatting of numbers, so analysts spend time on interpretation and the questions that need context. Someone still has to own metric definitions, check unusual results and decide what the numbers mean for the business.
Is our data safe when we use AI?
We design every build around your data policies, use enterprise-grade providers and keep sensitive data out of training. Security is agreed before anything is connected.
